STEP 1:
DIRECTORS/EDUCATORS ONLY: Please click the link below to register your SCHOOL. Registration forms MUST be completed by the school, not by individual students.

Once registration is complete, you will receive an automated invoice for payment. Registration ends on October 17, 2025 at 4:00pm.

ALL payments MUST be paid by the school, not individual students.
The Illinois High School Dance Festival is officially registered as a 501(c3) non-profit organization. Please reach out to Amelia Faulstick, Treasurer and Registration Chair, to receive any tax forms needed to submit payment at treasurer@ihsdancefestival.com.
Payment must be RECEIVED before Thursday, October 23, 2025 in order to self-register.
PLEASE NOTE: The IHSDF Fall Festival Registration will close on Friday, October 17, 2025 at 4:00pm. No registrations will be accepted after this date.
STEP 2:
Once payment is received, a Student Registration link will be emailed to you to share with your registered students so they may self-enroll in their festival classes. You can expect this email and payment confirmation from the treasurer@ihsdancefestival.com account.

NOTE: Classes will have a capacity set and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

NOTE: Any student not signed up for classes will be given a generic schedule on the day of the festival!

LUNCH ORDERS:
Students may bring lunch; however, a lunch will be offered at an additional cost.
Details are provided on the school Registration Form. Once lunch orders have been placed, the school is responsible for paying for what was requested on their invoice. No adjustments or refunds will be made.
